When I joined onDiem, the first dental staffing platform to provide dental workers with W-2 benefits, no one was quite sure how the company should sound. Teams hesitated over tone, word choice, and even how to describe what we do.

I created the company’s first brand voice guidelines to give the company a consistent voice—one that reflects the integrity of onDiem’s work and community. I also updated the company’s previously convoluted landing page copy for dental workers and practice owners. Finally, I provided updated messaging for our event collateral to help our sales team better convey our value.

In the midst of a nationwide labor shortage, my work helped us speak to our dental community with a voice that was confident, relatable, and hopeful.
